Narwal Freo Z10 Turbo
The mid-range Narwal, and the one that shows the brand publishes consistently rather than only on its halo model: suction, climb, mop lift, body height and three wash temperatures.

Disclosure — some links on this page go to Amazon, and we earn a commission if you buy through them. It costs you nothing extra and it does not change what we recommend or in what order. The full disclosure.
Narwal publishes 7 of the 9 specifications we track for this model and states nothing about the other 2. Everything below is quoted from Narwal’s own material, with the page it came from linked on each row. We have not handled this machine.
The useful thing about this machine is what it proves about the brand. Plenty of makers publish a full spec sheet for the halo model and go quiet everywhere else - Roborock does exactly that. Narwal publishes suction, threshold climb, mop lift and body height on its mid-range machine too, which means the brand can be shopped rather than just trusted. That is rarer than it should be.
The figures themselves are a mixed bag, and the climb height is the weak one. 20mm is the ordinary figure in this category - the Roborock Q7 M5+ matches it for a fraction of the price, and Dreame publishes four times that on its Aqua10 Ultra Roller. If your house has a raised sill between the kitchen and the hall, this is not the machine that solves it. The 12mm mop lift and the 107.7mm body are both honest middle-of-the-road numbers.
Where it is genuinely distinctive is the dock. Narwal states three separate wash temperatures and attaches each to a job: 45C for starchy spills, 60C for grease, and a 72C pasteurization pass for 35 seconds. No other maker we cover breaks the wash cycle down that way. Whether it cleans better than a single hot wash we cannot tell you, but it is a far more specific claim than the usual "hot water mop washing", and specific claims are the ones that can be held to.

What the sheet says it does well, and what it does not
Strengths
- Publishes suction, climb height, mop lift and body height — four rows most rivals leave blank at this price
- Three stated wash temperatures, including a 72C pasteurization cycle
- 12mm mop lift, so the carpet question has a number behind it
Limits
- A 20mm climb figure is unremarkable — several cheaper machines match it
- No published runtime, dustbin capacity or self-empty interval
- The anti-tangle claim is a name and a promise rather than a described mechanism
Who it is for
Someone who wants a well-documented all-in-one dock and does not need the flagship's roller mop.
Who should skip it
Your thresholds are over 2cm. Narwal publishes a 20mm climb figure for this one, which is the ordinary figure rather than a good one.
Where we recommend it
How we assessed this
By reading what Narwal publishes and recording it with its source. We have never owned, handled or measured this machine, and nothing above is written as though we had. Where the manufacturer publishes nothing, the row says so rather than borrowing a number from somewhere else. The full method is on how we pick, and if a figure here does not match the page it links to, tell us and we will correct it with a date.
What the spec sheet does not tell you
2 of the figures we track are absent from Narwal’s own material for this model. That is worth knowing before you buy, because each of them answers a question somebody eventually asks:
- Stated runtime — Not stated on Narwal's product page.
- Dustbin — Not stated on Narwal's product page.
We could fill those in from a review site or an estimate. We do not, because a number we cannot source is worth less than an honest blank, and the pattern of what each maker will and will not state is one of the more useful things on this site.
Questions people actually ask
+ Does Narwal publish a threshold climb height for the Narwal Freo Z10 Turbo?
Yes — 20mm (2cm). The common figure in this category rather than a standout one. Compare it against every other model on the cross-brand climb table.
+ What suction does the Narwal Freo Z10 Turbo have?
Narwal states 25,000 Pa. Narwal's own measurement on its own rig, as with every Pa figure here. Remember that pascal ratings are not standardized between manufacturers, so that figure ranks this model within Narwal's own range and does not compare across brands — the full explanation.
+ Is the Narwal Freo Z10 Turbo good for pet hair?
Its main brush is described as anti-tangling roller brush with self-detangling technology, which is the specification that matters most in a hair-heavy house — more than suction. The brush comparison sets out what each design does.
+ Can the Narwal Freo Z10 Turbo mop over carpet?
Narwal states a mop lift of 12mm. Published plainly, which is more than most makers manage at this price. Compare that against your own pile depth rather than against other models — mop lift compared.
+ Who should skip the Narwal Freo Z10 Turbo?
Your thresholds are over 2cm. Narwal publishes a 20mm climb figure for this one, which is the ordinary figure rather than a good one.
