Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. Everything else is welcome too.
The whole argument of this site is that every number is checkable. That only means something if there is a way to tell us when one is wrong, so this page is genuinely the correction route rather than a form nobody reads.
What is most useful
- A figure that does not match its source. Include the page and the number and we will check it against the link.
- A specification we have marked “not published” that the manufacturer does publish. Send the URL. We will add the figure with its source and date the change.
- A model that has been discontinued or replaced. Our tables are only as current as the last pass over them.
- A floor problem we have not covered. The site is organized around problems, so a problem nobody has written about is exactly what we want to hear about.
How corrections are handled
We fix the figure, add or update the source link, and change the page’s last-updated date so the change is visible rather than silent. If the correction changes a ranking, we say so on the page. The policy in full is on the editorial policy.

info@bristleandbot.com — We read everything and reply to most messages within a few days.
Bristle & Bot is a national US publication with no storefront and no premises, so there is no address or phone number to list. We do not sell the products we write about; the buy links go to retailers.
What we cannot help with
- Warranty and repair. We are not a retailer or a manufacturer. Those go to whoever sold you the machine.
- Order and delivery questions. Same — the sale is between you and the retailer.
- Requests to be included in a roundup. Placement is not for sale here and asking will not change a ranking. If you make a product and publish a specification we have marked as missing, though, please do send it.
